Social Responsibility

Part of managing the supply chain is ensuring that every supplier in our network complies with international social compliance practices and codes-of-conduct as well as local labor laws. We evaluate our suppliers’ policies and monitor their practices to ensure that they remain in line with our social imperatives.

Before production can even begin, we perform our own factory evaluations and work closely with third party auditors in order to assure our customers that their goods will be produced in facilities that are right for them.

While legal compliance is of the utmost importance, we understand that social responsibility is about more than conforming to a set of rules or standards. It’s a continuous process in which all parties involved work together in protecting workers’ fundamental rights, ensuring their safety, and continually improving the conditions in which they operate.

Our compliance process includes an environmental initiative in which all members of our supply chain work hand-in-hand to mitigate the impact our industry has on the environment. We have made significant strides in building a cleaner and more environmentally sustainable operation through water and energy conservation, minimization of waste and environmental pollutants, and recycling. Together with our partners and friends, we’ll continue to make strides in finding new ways to increase our sustainability.

We believe that we have the responsibility to elevate the communities we operate in, and we seize any opportunity to do so.
