We employ a team of highly trained technical professionals at every stage of the production process to assure our customers that our product will meet or exceed their most exacting quality standards. Under the supervision of our Quality Assurance managers, we have experienced QA personnel stationed wherever we have production. A complete review of all production materials, fabric and trim inspection, multiple in-line inspections, and final product inspections are part of our standard operating procedure for both sample and bulk orders. This means that our customers can rest assured that their goods have been meticulously inspected on-site by both the factory and our QA team.

While we expect each member of our supply chain to perform up to our standards, we also appreciate that our customers each have their own specific set of criteria. We work closely with our suppliers and factories to best accommodate our customers’ needs by being proactive, troubleshooting to discern problems before they occur, and finding solutions when necessary.
